Cinema Context Database consists of four data collections that inform us about the fundamentals of Dutch film culture: films, cinemas, people and companies. Not only can you find information here about who, what, where and when: you can also analyse this information and study patterns and networks.
Early London Film Businesses The London Project is a major study of the film business in London, 1894-1914, organised by the AHRB Centre for British Film and Television Studies. The London Project has produced a searchable database documenting cinemas and film businesses in London before the First World War.
The Williamsburg Theater Project is an online archive of evidence about movie-going—and daily cultural life more generally—across the twentieth century in Williamsburg, Virginia, USA, a small, mid-Atlantic town that is also simultaneously an iconic American location.
